The Residence "Les Jardins d'Arcadie" is a 7 storey apartment block. Located in the resort 3 km from the centre of Biarritz, 4 km from the sea and from the beach. The 3-room apartment on the ground floor on a south facing position is spacious, bright and comfortable. It offers a view of the garden and for shared use a park (10 ha), a swimming pool (16 x 5 m, depth 90 - 300 cm, 15.06.-15.09) and tennis.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm), TV and 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (1 pers. 2 x 90 cm), shower/WC. The living/dining room includes a dining table, TV with international TV channels and flat screen TV.
The small, open kitchen in the entrance is equipped with 2 hotplates, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer and electric coffee machine. The terrace has terrace furniture. In the house there is a washing machine, telephone and Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]).
In the complex there is reception, restaurant, table-tennis, billiards table, central heating and laundry. There is a shop at 500 m, a restaurant at 3 km, a bus stop 200 m away, the sandy beach "Plage La grande Plage" at 4 km, the park with mini golf and a golf course are at 5 km.
Please note the swimming pool is not supervised.
