It is a roundabout in homage to the Cucuteño composer Arnulfo Briceño. It was inaugurated on December 18, 1998. Prepared to be released by the Cucuteño artist Gerardo Ramón García Herreros.
This monument is located on Avenida Libertadores, intersection with Avenida Gran Colombia.
It is a work of urban decoration and cultural content. Arnulfo Briceño Contreras was a worthy representative of the plain Norte Santander land, diffuser and cultists of music, lawyer and singer-songwriter inspired by the regional idiosyncrasy and the natural beauties of the country.
