Netherlands Antilles
The Netherlands or Netherlands Antilles were scheduled to be dissolved as a unified political entity on 10 October 2010, so that the five constituent islands had new constitutional statutes within the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
After this change, the islands Aruba, Curaçao and St. Maarten became autonomous dependencies, and the three smaller islands, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba, became municipalities of the Netherlands.
Thus the Netherlands or Netherlands Antilles are now composed of 3 new countries: Aruba, Curaçao, St. Maarten, and 3 new municipalities, which comprise the Caribbean Netherlands: Bonaire (13,389 inhabitants) a chain of lakes located near the coast of Venezuela. , Saint Eustatius and Saba (1,737 inhabitants) and Saint Eustatius (2,886 inhabitants) are part of the Barlavento Islands, are located near Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Tourism
In Aruba you can relax or also take advantage of the abundance of activities and attractions, organizing a series of varied excursions.
Aruba has series of events such as the weekly Bon Bini Festival, the monthly Culinary Festival and annual events such as Carnival, the International Pro-Am Golf Tournament, the famous Hi-Winds, Heineken Regatta Catamaran, and more.
Aruba National Park, Arikok, features some of the older Arawak designs as well as rails that feature wide variety of plants and animals from Aruba. The famous attractions of Aruba are: Natural Pool, California Lighthouse, Alto Vista Chapel, Bushiribana Ruins as well as other locations.
The many beaches of Aruba are among the cleanest, widest, most attractive in the Caribbean. The entire coast of the island of leeward (south), on the coast of the golden island, is full of beaches, small and large hotels. The beaches are all public and access is easy.
Any kind of public nudity is illegal and an insult to the people of Aruba. However, there are many small beaches along the northeast coast, some that require a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get where you can be alone and do whatever you want, subject to interruption at any time, from 4 WD or horseback riding. There are no facilities of any kind nearby and the surf is rough and extremely dangerous for swimming.
Topless and swimming are not against the law, and tolerated on most beaches near the resorts, but not on the property themselves!
Many choose Aruba as their vacation paradise specifically because of their love of appealing casinos! By spending a lot of time in luxury casinos, it can be difficult to feel the difference between night and day.
A large part of the nightlife in Aruba occupies in hotels and resorts, malls and this often leads to folklore performance forms or evening shows.
There are boat trips, full day or noon island tours, side trips and island island tours, archaeological and geological tours, birdwatching and walking tours, underwater tours and more.
There is nothing like a visit to a spa to rejuvenate, relax and be pampered. Spas offer many services and therapies such as massages, body treatments, facials, etc.
