The Holiday Home Residencial L'Almúnia V Pego is a 4 room house in the district of L'Almunia, in a sunny, elevated position, 10 km from the sea. It has a private garden with plants and flowers and a private swimming pool (3 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps and a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the valley and the countryside.

There are 3 bedrooms: 1 room with 1 french bed, bath/bidet/WC and hand-basin the other 2 rooms have 2 beds each room.

The living/dining room has a satellite-TV. Exit to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, a ceramic glass hob, a microwave and a freezer.

There are shops and a supermarket within 2 km, a shopping centre at 15 km distance, a restaurant and bar are located 500 m away, a sandy beach can be found 10 km away, as well as an 18 hole Golf course 20 km away and a Tennis court is at a 4 km distance.

The house is at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). The castle over the city has panoramic views. You can find the archeological and Etnological museums. Many religious and popular festivals. It is possible to take trips on the ferry to Ibiza (only 3 hours). There is a small tourist train "Limon Express" which goes from Denia-Benidorm-Alicante. Well linked town, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. There is easy access via highway and there is a train station in the town.
