Guests can go downhill skiing 2 km away in the Ski Amade Ski Area or at the Planai ski lift, and cross country skiing in Ramsau 3 km off.
A ski bus stop is located 150 metres from the property and parking is possible for free on site.
Schladming's public pools are within 2 km. During summer, the cows from the on-site farm live on the Obertal Mountain Pasture, where hiking is possible.
