Situated along Dunes of Texel National Park, Aparthotel Bos en Duin Texel is set in Den Hoorn. It offers free WiFi, a terrace and a children's playground. The beach is 2,3 km away, while villages Den Burg and Den Hoorn are within 3 km.
All fully furnished apartments feature a seating area and some benefit from a balcony. There is also a kitchen fitted with a microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom including a shower, toilet and hairdryer. The beds will be made prior to arrival.
Guests can start the day with buffet-style breakfast or enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. Pets are allowed in some units.
The area is popular for hiking, cycling and horse riding. The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport, 83 km from Aparthotel Bos en Duin Texel. Bos en Duin is wonderfully situated, right next to the national park De Duinen van Texel (Dunes of Texel). The tranquil and spacious location at the edge of the forest provides our guests with ample hiking and cycling opportunities just outside the door and a mountain bike route of 10 km long. Less then 100 m from the hotel you will find the well-known watchtower Fonteinsnol and the villages Den Hoorn, De Koog and Den Burg are only a few kilometres away.
The beautiful and central location ensures that you can easily enjoy all that Texel has to offer. Bos en Duin is beautifully situated at the National Park Dunes of Texel. Wonderfully sheltered by the forest, the hotel offers a view of the meadows covered with Dutch Texel sheep. We are near the beach, yet central to the island.
Arrival and departure days are Friday, Monday and Tuesday. Outside the high season other arrival and departure day are also possible.
