In the 40 km. north-east of Winterberg situated Ober-Waroldern lies this half timbered farm house from 1878. The house has three bedrooms, offers central heating and can accommodate up to nine persons.
There is satellite-TV and a DVD-player in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is a relax area, including a jacuzzi, sauna and a tanning bed/solarium.
There is a cot and high chair available. Bicycles are for rent. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, whirlpool and toilet and the other one with a bath and toilet.
The house has been renovated in a tasteful way and arranged into three holiday properties which provides for a very flexible destination. You can rent the entire house, which you will occupy all by yourself, for a maximum of 30 pers, but of course also (depending on your company) one ore more individual houses.
There is a playground next to the house for the little children and given the fact that the village hardly has any passing through traffic, they can nicely amuse themselves outside. Besides that, you are at the right spot for making excursions in the Waldeckerland. Castles, fortresses, museums, lakes, forests and meadows, everything is actually present here.
