The Holiday Home Residencial L'Almunia III is a 4 room house in the district of L'Almunia, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 10 km from the sea. It has a private garden with plants and flowers and a kidney shaped swimming pool (3 x 6 m, 01.01.-31.12) and a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the countryside.

The is a living/dining room with satellite-TV, CD-player and stereo unit. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave and a freezer. The house also has central heating and a roof terrace.

There are shops and a supermarket within 2 km, a restaurant and bar are located 1 km away, a sandy beach can be found 10 km away, as well as a Golf course 20km away and a Tennis court is at a 5 km distance.

The house is at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). The castle over the city has panoramic views. You can find the archeological and Etnological museums. Many religious and popular festivals. It is possible to take trips on the ferry to Ibiza (only 3 hours). There is a small tourist train "Limon Express" which goes from Denia-Benidorm-Alicante. Well linked town, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. There is easy access via highway and there is a train station in the town.
