The villa has been designed to make you feel at home, there is a patio with garden furniture for a place to relax and enjoy the outside atmosphere.

In summer you can go for long walks or bike rides, enjoy the lake of Serre-Ponçon, fishing or indulge in paragliding. In winter, the many mountain activities will probably keep your days busy: downhill skiing or cross-country skiing, snowboarding or hiking in the family resorts of Chabanon, Seyne-les-Alpes or Saint-Jean Montclar, all within a radius of 15 km (Chabanon is the closest, at 7 kilometers).

The town centre of Selonnet is at a mere 500 meters, you will find there a bakery, a small supermarket as well as a few cafes and restaurants.
